Collection: Maria Dadouch

After completing her education in creative writing at the University of California, Los Angeles, Maria Dadouch went on to win numerous prestigious awards, including the Sheikh Zayed Award, the Katara Novel Prize, the Khalifah Award, the Shoman Award, the Arab Forum Award, and the Daybreak Award. She was also the recipient of the Claire Carmichael Novel Scholarship and the Hedgebrook Fellowship and was shortlisted for the Itisalat and Arab Forum Awards. Her books have been featured on the White Raven List and included in the Institut du Monde Arabe’s selection, 100 Livres Pour la Jeunesse.
With more than 80 published works in both the Arab world and the United States, Maria's writing has been widely celebrated and recognized. In addition to her literary achievements, she is committed to helping others master the craft of writing. She is the instructor of the only Massive Open Online Course on "How to Write a Picture Book," which has reached over 80,000 aspiring writers.
 Dadouch is a screenwriter and wrote for the famous comedy series Maraya and animation for Spacetoon, she also worked as An editor-in-chief for Fulla Magazine.
 Annual writing conferences, festivals, and jury committees invite Dadouch to contribute every year.
